ReadyAgent ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by ReadyAgent Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the ReadyAgent application and website (the "Service").
Account information. When you install ReadyAgent or register an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. For Shopify merchants, this information is provided through Shopify's OAuth flow. For merchants who register directly, we collect the information you provide during registration.
Store and product data. When you connect a selling platform (Shopify, Etsy, or eBay), we access your product catalog data through the platform's API. This includes product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, inventory levels, metafields, structured attributes, and other product metadata. We use this data solely to score, analyze, and generate optimization recommendations for your listings.
Store configuration data. We access store-level settings relevant to AI commerce readiness, including tax configuration, shipping rates, payment gateway status, robots.txt files, sitemap data, and schema.org markup present on your storefront.
Analytics and attribution data. For merchants on eligible plans, we query your platform's native analytics (such as Shopify's ShopifyQL) to identify traffic and orders attributed to AI commerce channels. We do not install tracking scripts on your storefront or collect any end-customer personal information.
Usage data. We collect standard usage data about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, and actions taken. This helps us improve the product.
Payment information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Shopify Billing (for Shopify merchants) or Stripe (for non-Shopify merchants). We do not store your credit card number or payment details on our servers.

ReadyAgent uses third-party AI services (currently Anthropic's Claude API) to generate content suggestions, score explanations, and remediation guidance. When we send data to these services, we include only the product data necessary for the specific task (such as a product title, description, and attributes). We do not send your personal information, customer data, or financial data to AI providers. Our AI providers' data retention and usage policies apply to data sent to their APIs.
We do not sell your personal information or product data. We share data only in the following circumstances:
We retain your product data, scores, and history for as long as your account is active. Score history retention varies by plan (7 days for Free, 30 days for Starter, 90 days for Growth and Agency). When you uninstall the app or delete your account, we delete your stored product data, scores, and suggestions within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify your store may be retained indefinitely.
You can request deletion of all your stored data at any time through the Account Settings page in the app. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will delete all product data, scores, history, and suggestions associated with your store within 30 days. For Shopify merchants, we also comply with Shopify's mandatory data deletion webhook requirements.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted database storage, and access controls. Platform API tokens are stored encrypted and rotated on a scheduled basis. Access to merchant data is restricted to authorized personnel for support and debugging purposes only, using audited impersonation controls.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with similar data protection laws, our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of our contract with you (providing the Service) and our legitimate interest in improving the Service.
The ReadyAgent website uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies, if used, are limited to aggregate usage measurement.
ReadyAgent is a business tool designed for merchants and is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
ReadyAgent is operated from Singapore. Your data may be processed in jurisdictions where our hosting and service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
